Aug 21, 2014 1:12 PM in response to StuFromTheFordby King_Penguin,★HelpfulDepending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting those tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Aug 21, 2014 1:16 PM in response to King_Penguinby StuFromTheFord,Thanks KP for such a quick reply! I already tried that, BUT with only one of the tracks... it still did not show up in the "Not in my library" section in iTunes. (I had closed iTunes previously to make sure the library file was updated).
Perhaps I should try it with the whole album?
NB I am in the UK
Thanks again. Stu

Aug 21, 2014 11:01 PM in response to StuFromTheFordby King_Penguin,★HelpfulDoes the track show at all on the Purchased screen on the Songs view, and is the album still in the UK store ? If it is still in the store and doesn't show under the 'All' list on that screen then check to see if it's hidden : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases.

Aug 22, 2014 6:38 AM in response to King_Penguinby StuFromTheFord,Thanks for the additional reply - I just opened iTunes (the following day) and the song now DID appear as downloadable via the "purchased" section of the store. Downloaded and playing fine! So maybe it just needed some time?
Anyway, thank you for your advice which confirmed I was trying the right things. Much obliged.
Stu
