Q: Can I completely disable the passcode feature on my iPad?

I don't want him locked into 1 app. I want him to have free access to all apps and music etc. I just want him not to have the ability to set a passcode. If I put a passcode on it then I would have to unlock it myself every time he uses it, this would be impossible. If I use guided access then he is locked into just 1 app, this would be a waste.

I have searched a lot for a solution and have not found anything yet. If this is not possible it would seem to be a glaring mistake by apple.

I also have to have "find my ipad" disabled so that I can restore the ipad every time it happens. This is yet another feature rendered unusable because of this omission.

I've tried this but he will eventually change it. He often changes it to his name but usually makes a typo.
