If the video files are supported by iTunes you can add these verry easy to your iTunes library.
Click on files>add files, select a video and press on enter. Maybe iTunes need some time to add your video.
Normaly you can find your video back under 'Movies'. Now you can sync your iPod to your iTunes library.
Connect the iPod to your pc. Click on your iPod under 'Devices'. Control that the videos sync option is enabled.
Now you can sync your iPod with your iTunes library.
I'm sorry for the bad English. I'm from Belgium and I just can speak a little bit English. I hope you understand.

If iTunes purchases you can directly redownload them to the iPod by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
