If iTunes gift cards are available in your country then you should be able to redeem them onto your account and use them to do IAPs in that game (assuming that the game was downloaded by the same account).

so your saying if I redeem the code then go 2 the in game purchases it will take the money from the iTunes card an not my credit card?
