You can use USB or WIFI sync to copy music from iPhone to computer.

1) Connect your iPod to the computer.
2) Go to My Computer. Open up the external hard drive(your iPod). It will usually be the E drive. Go to control music and
in the different numbered folders are your music. Keep this window open but minize it if you like.
3) Open up a new window in My documents and settings. Click my music, iTunes, and then iTunes music.
4) Now go to back to the other window, hightlight all the songs you want Copy them (Ctrl+C).
5) Switch windows.
6) Paste them (Ctrl+V). And voila you have transfered your songs and outsmarted apple.

It works great for me on my win 7 and it's a completely free software, no limits or anything like that.
