Aug 25, 2014 12:20 PM in response to imaxinantby patixa,★HelpfulAs I noted in the cited post, the iBooks widget viewer offers very little iOS-specific functionality. I encourage you to request support for this via http://bugreport.apple.com or the iBooks feedback page:

Aug 26, 2014 2:07 AM in response to patixaby imaxinant,Thank you patixa!
I was afraid about it...
BTW, do you know how can I save a file? I'm trying with jsPDF, I've got the datauri but I need to save it and I don't know if this is possible in iAd Producer.
Thanks in advance!

Aug 26, 2014 5:29 PM in response to imaxinantby patixa,As I understand it from a seminar I once attended, what you are asking for is not an iAd Producer limitation, but a purposeful limitation in iBooks. If I recall correctly, it was implemented that way to prevent widgets from installing rogue content onto user's devices without their consent.

Aug 27, 2014 1:42 AM in response to patixaby imaxinant,Ok, I understand it.
But I think it must be a way to do what I need: I want to do an evaluation to my students, so they can answer several questions about the iBook contents. I wish to send these answers to the teacher email and I think saving them into a pdf to be sent could be a good solution.
There is no way to send answers to the teachers?

Aug 27, 2014 2:03 PM in response to imaxinantby patixa,This may be a case where one of Bookry's pre-canned widgets (bookry.com) may be a better choice since they have the web infrastructure to receive and route the feedback.

From your reply I deduce ther is no way to save a file in an iBA widget developed with iAd Producer, isn't it?
