Q: In game purchase hasn't shown up (clash of clans)

Hi, I purchased 14.98 worth of gems in clash of clans yesterday morning (a little over 24 hours ago). I still haven't recieved them and supercell's support team has not gotten back to me since yesterday. I was wondering if there's anything else I can do?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.2

Try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
