Thank you for your response.
I've already tried all of these steps, but I always end up in a endless loop of threads. It's like thread number 1 leads to thread number 2, and thread number 2 leads me back to thread number 1.
The cable is correctly inserted. iTunes is updated. There's no firewall blocking anything.
I don't know what to do
