Q: my sister and I both have IPads I have a 4 with wifi and 4G, my sister only has 4G.  We would like to connect on facetime but it will not work.  What do we have to do to connect on facetime?

Why? What happens when you try?

Are you using the  "You can Be Reached by Facetime At" address you have set under Settings->Facetime for each other?
