Sep 7, 2014 7:28 PM in response to John Galtby Alex Jane,Hi John,
I've seen all of your previous posts regarding this virus. I'm extremely concerned that whoever did this has all of my information. How do I know if they have all of my information and how do I have the virus completely removed? Do I need to take my computer in somewhere?
Please help.
Thank you.

Sep 12, 2014 2:53 PM in response to John Galtby bjc22,Thanks John, but this didn't work. I force quit Safari, held shift when I restarted, went to preferences>privacy>remove all website data>remove now
and, nothing happened. I've done it 4 times now....
