This should be in your iTunes folder but may have been replaced by a newer version which is blank. I don't know why your music is still there but not your library file and I suspect there is something non-standard to your setup about which we don't know.

Of course if you have a backup you can replace the blank file with one from the backup.
Failing restoring your .itl file there is no need to add media one by one. Drag all the folders with the media to the Automatically Add To iTunes folder in your iTunes/Media folder.
