Q: I-tunes has encountered a problem and has stopped working?

I have tried to do a repair of I-Tunes but I am advised the I-tunes64.msi file cannot be located. I am reluctant to simply uninstall I-Tunes and do a fresh install in case I lose any of my settings.

I do have an I-Cloud account and subscribe to I-Tunes match so I suppose I should be OK but am I risking losing all my Playlists etc.

iPod classic, Windows 8
