They recommend "DDR2 PC2-6400 Unbuffered ECC 1.8V 256Meg x 72" as their upgrade for a 2GB stick for about $46 (item: CT2840178).
Hope this helps. It's often very tough to tell what exactly old RAM is based on the labels.

Hard to put down 50 when I've already put 40 to get this guy running (GPU and power cable). Local craigslist doesn't sell high around here =/ Wish it didn't have software limits though @__@

1 or 2 GB of RAM for OSX would be the pits for speed, I consider 4 GB minimal...
