Sep 14, 2014 7:41 AM in response to ChitlinsCCby Oreogarcia,well umm , I bought an app the other day and it says that " no credit was removed from my account " so I assumed i had $0 left but that app said I successfully bought the pro version . The next day , an update was needed for an app so i tried to update and it says " Sign - in required " and that was when it all began . It said that I have a billing problem and have to verify my payment information and I did but was declined . I'm not sure what's happening but would using another card help ?
