Q: show my caller id missing

Hello all.

I have Iphone 5 16GB from kddi.I don`t know why but : phone works with all sim cards no problem but not have some options like : show my caller id , don`t show me name when ring ...

Why i cant use this options . I buy phone second hand from ebay but all is perfect no have icloud , sim lock and other.

Please someone help me ..

My phone are MODEL A1429

Hello exsonal,

As KDDI is a CDMA cellular provider, you will need to contact them for information regarding Caller ID.
