Some users complained the updated drivers didn't work for them, though.
The only way to know for sure Is to download and install Wacom's recent driver and preferences panel.
I use a Wacom Intuos 3 tablet with my iMac and the new drivers work fine for me with Mavericks.
I use the Wacom mouse, standard pen and the airbrush pen and everything seems to work fine.

The Intuos Pro Driver 6.3.7-3 worked of me on OSX 10.9.2

Your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the Mac App Store.

Please follow the steps given below to resolve this issue -
System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > Allow applications downloaded from > Anywhere
