Aug 16, 2014 4:00 PM in response to Peter Brudererby paulfromburwood,Another one here with the same issue.
Everything has been working perfectly, until I the dreaded "HomeSync keychain".
I also have the mobile account not syncing back, my last sync was days ago, if I reboot, or logout, or manually run Sync Home now, it runs, but does nothing.
Has anyone tried the beta of 10.9.5 or 10.10?

Aug 16, 2014 6:49 PM in response to paulfromburwoodby paulfromburwood,OK I bite the bullet, and installed 10.10 Beta1
The issue is not resolved, I now have and additional one NetAuthSysAgent wants to use the login keychain.
At least I can send feedback!

Aug 20, 2014 6:09 AM in response to Peter Brudererby holbert,Hi, same Problem here.
We got this error in two different locations/ networks.
10.6 Server with 10.9.4 Clients
10.7 Server with 10.9.4 Clients
We tried the here mentioned solutions, but got the error back after a few restarts.
Seems to be a real bug.

Aug 21, 2014 10:13 AM in response to ndsvfxby Roger Angus,I'm having the same issue with 10.9.4 server and clients. Apple's Server offering is a joke.

Aug 21, 2014 10:27 AM in response to Roger Angusby ndsvfx,I think it is a client side issue not a Server side one. People are seeing with both OSX servers of various versions and Windows servers so it is something with 10.9.4 client and keychain.

Sep 3, 2014 8:54 PM in response to andrew268by ndsvfx,Apple has it as bug# 17640337 and it is still marked as open so they know about it but have not fixed it.

Sep 17, 2014 2:15 AM in response to ndsvfxby Kelton James Turvey,How do we follow the Apple bug? Where can I see the status of this bug?

Sep 17, 2014 8:34 AM in response to Peter Brudererby David Lee,Just to say I have about 30 people affected by this issue.
10.9.4 clients and 10.9.4 server.
OD only with homesync set to sync a handful of folders including Library.

Sep 17, 2014 9:54 AM in response to Kelton James Turveyby ndsvfx,You can't really track the bugs. Apple does not have a public bug tracking system and even the one for registered developers is pretty closed outside of tickets you open yourself. So I can't really track other people's bugs.

Sep 18, 2014 2:33 AM in response to ndsvfxby kub berlin,10.9.5 is out, the bug still exists. Bug# 17640337 is still marked as "open".
The dialog box pops up at every restart for some users. Some experience it frequently, others not at all. Apple doesn't seem to be interested to talk to more than the first bug reporter.

Sep 18, 2014 11:34 AM in response to kub berlinby ndsvfx,Yes, also in 10.10 beta as well. Very very annoying bug. Have not tried a combo updater to see if it helps. It also seems less consistent than with 10.9.4. Once the combo updater is posted I will try it out but I doubt it will help since the issue is open still and 10.10 has it too.

Sep 22, 2014 8:50 AM in response to Peter Brudererby macmankree,I can confirm it's still present in 10.9.5 which leave me with 30+ machines stuck on 10.9.3. Luckily we spotted the bug after only installing a few machines.
