Sep 17, 2014 5:10 PM in response to Orz140by babowa,Yes, iOS has been released; I was under the impression that your question was in reference to 10.10 (as shown in your profile); I will ask the hosts to move this thread over to the iPhone forum as you might get more replies there (hopefully).
There is no email address; here is some info I could find:

Sep 17, 2014 5:29 PM in response to Orz140by rockman 2000,Same issue here and the link supplied is no value. Need to know how to reset this issue and apple should provide clear instructions with this new feature.

Sep 17, 2014 5:47 PM in response to Orz140by myech,I'm curious to know if the parent has linked a credit card yet ?

Sep 18, 2014 6:40 AM in response to myechby dshedrick,Yes, I've linked a CC to my daughter's ID. I tested the purchase and it worked fine. Note, you have to enter the security code for the first purchase on your child's device. Once that is done, the owner of the family account will be notified of a purchase request. You can view the item, in my case it was a song, and see alternative versions of the that purchase.

Locked out of Family Sharing for 364 days
This is not looking good, but there are numerous people with this issue. I initially ran into this with the beta version and hoped the counter would reset when the public version was released yesterday.

Sep 22, 2014 12:56 PM in response to Orz140by dkemmerer,I'm having the same issue after upgrading to iOS 8 and playing around with the family sharing feature, as many people apparently have, to see how it works.
Unfortunately, the Apple support supervisor with whom I spoke earlier today told me flat out there's nothing they can do, and that I just have to wait a year. I understand the rationale, but seeing that there was no warning that the account would be locked out, Apple need to address this issue and reset the locked out accounts. The "wait for a year" solution is not only unacceptable, but very uncharacteristic of Apple.

Sep 24, 2014 5:42 AM in response to dkemmererby sboutwell31,Ok this is simply NOT the case as I had the same issue. You need to RECONTACT apple support they can and will reset this and have. Ask for Tier II support, they are resetting affected accounts and did mine last week. You have found an individual that did not want to do their work or the work involved to solve this issue.
