Jun 23, 2013 5:33 AM in response to simonyoby wjosten,★HelpfuliPhone stores no data on a sim card, so you can't do this using your iPhone. See if your carrier can do this for you in one of their stores.

Jun 23, 2013 6:13 AM in response to simonyoby cheonweb,★Helpful"i need to transfer them to Sim card so that i could have them saved.
You don't have to. Download "Contacts Kit" from App Store, back them up and send them to your email.

Sep 18, 2014 7:19 PM in response to simonyoby Markwelle,Hi, sorry for my late reply. iTunes now has a feature that allows you to back up the settings and contacts from your iPhone. Plug the phone into your computer and open iTunes. Right-click the iPhone icon, then scroll down and select "Back Up." If your iPhone ever crashes, or you lose your contacts for any reasons, you can re-connect the phone to your computer and recover these settings and contacts by selecting "Restore from Backup."
Without iTunes, you can follow these articles about iPhone Contact Transfer to Computer:

Nov 6, 2014 4:53 AM in response to equinox1100by KiltedTim,#1. The iPhone DOES NOT save ANYTHING at all to the SIM.
#2. Even if it did, if it is not working, you wouldn't be able to do that, would you?
You should have been syncing your contacts to something. A contact manager on your computer, a cloud service... They should still be there. If nothing else, print them out and enter the ones you need into your temporary phone by hand.

Nov 6, 2014 5:27 AM in response to KiltedTimby equinox1100,Hi Tim,
Thanks for the info.
just to clarify my iPhone works perfectly apart from showing 'no service' permanently in the top corner,
I just want to transfer my phone numbers from my phone to my sim... so I can use my 'back up nokia' which only has phone and text.
would it be so hard for apple to build this function into contacts?... seems apple didn't anticipate this kind of sad eventuality.
yeah looks like i'll be doing it by hand... they like people doing things by hand obviously.

Jan 5, 2015 11:49 PM in response to KiltedTimby Joey Ma,I am disappointed in using iPhone and I would like to use my old Nokia for a while until I decide on a new phone.
If there's a way to transfer contacts to SIM card that would be great. Any solution with my problem in mind is appreciated.

Jul 25, 2015 11:44 PM in response to cheonwebby emrankhan7,Thank you so much mate for sharing this wonderful app "Contacts Kit"
Copying contacts from iPhone was quite a problem for me from a long time now but yesterday when my android phone which I use for my office use got wiped out automatically & left me completely panicked. luckily i was double saving all my contacts on my iPhone as I use it as my primary phones but I was so sure that I cant copy iPhone contacts on my sim as I tried it several times in past as-well.
But seriously this app you have mentioned has done it all for me. Thanks a bunch
