Apr 30, 2014 10:41 AM in response to Lawrence Finchby ctrlflame,Thanks for the suggestion, but I checked with our IT department and did testing and MS Exchange is not affecting the Restrictions at all. I did a total reset and I'll just have to live with losing data. I think there has to be a better way to do things.

Sep 19, 2014 3:02 PM in response to ctrlflameby mjil,I'm glad to see this has happened to someone else. Restrictions are enabled on my daughter's phone and I know that we did not set up restrictions. We've tried everything and can't unlock it. Anyone have a way around this?
