This is a very common scam.

Obviously these kinds of warnings should be ignored, after your entertainment with them has run its course.

If you are unable to close the page or you simply don't want to waste any more time with it, force Safari to quit by following these instructions: OS X: How to quit an unresponsive application using Force Quit.

Then, hold a Shift key while launching Safari again.

In an abundance of caution, proceed with the following. It's not required.

Step 1: Reset Safari. Make it look like this

    reset safari.png

Step 2: Open Safari's Preferences... and select Extensions. Uninstall any Extensions that you are not certain you require by clicking the Uninstall button. If you are not sure what to uninstall, uninstall all of them. None are required for normal operation.

Step 3: Select the General pane in Safari's Preferences. Verify your Home page is set to the one you want.

Step 4: Select the Privacy pane. Verify "Block cookies and other website data" is configured the way you expect. If you are uncertain, choose "From third parties and advertisers".

Force quit Safari using the Command + Option + Esc keyboard shorcut.

Do not call the 1-855 number. It's just a scam.

You could just simply delete the file in Library named Safari and open safari again
