It may help to force close all open applications, then restart or reset the device.

Thank you for your answer.
I made all of your suggestion but the alert has remained.
Until this time in the Settings menu the system shows in which menu point can be found the "intervention request" (it was a number in a grey oval circle).
But now nothing. I thing something has stucked in the background.
Just I can hope with next operating system update solve this problem.
But thank you for your answer again.
