Sep 23, 2014 7:21 PM in response to ProfessorJordanby Loner T,If you can, please connect via ethernet to your Internet connection. You machine does not support Internet Recovery.
Power cycle and use Command+R (local Recovery HD), but it may give you an error about not being able to erase the drive.
Once the menu comes up, click on Restore from Time Machine Backup, select the external TM backup and it will list all full backups you have. select the latest in the list. Point to the internal disk for restore. It will erase the internal disk, and do a full restore and reboot.
Login and verify that some of files that you expect are there.
If all looks clean, now start you Bootcamp installation and try and partition the disk. If you have any errors, post back here.

I assume you have Windows working. If you have the Bootcamp drivers already installed, then in the Control Panel -> Boot Camp -> Trackpad tab , you can setup right click. If you need a screen shot, post back here.
Also please see No real LEFT klick on Touchpad with windows 7 / 8 on a mid 2012 Macbook Pro for screen shots.
