Sep 26, 2014 8:45 PM in response to pedro dby Davis Marcy,Thanks for the link, Pedro. I've spent much time today with Apple Support chat and then on the phone with one of their senior analysts. Everyone was very helpful, and after much troubleshooting and a complete reset/restore to factory settings, everything on family sharing now works on my Touch. Given the age of my Touch (past warranty and free support), I wouldn't have gone to Support without your having sent me the link. So thanks!
