Q: Sync keeps 'cancelling'?

Ive tried syncing with and without the USB cable and I get the same results, a cancellation not even 10 songs in.

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 7.1.2

Unfortunately, none of these suggestions worked for me. I have the same issue, and my iPhone 4 at iOS 7.1.2 will not complete sync after 5 songs go through. It cancels the sync each time. It's embarrassing that an iPhone can't even perform the most basic task of adding and listening to music, something that the very first iPod could do with a fraction of the processing power.

It may have corrected itself or it has seized to continue on mine. I have had no further problems. To fix I just tried syncing again and again. Also make sure to have your iTunes on your PC updated and restart your computer.

I managed to fix this issue. Removing my iTunes library folder and putting it on my desktop, opening iTunes, and importing my whole library again allows my iPhone to be sync fine

IIt works! The latest version of iTunes fixed my problem! I synced 180 songs this morning with no dropouts! It feels like Christmas!
