Sep 23, 2014 1:26 AM in response to hoodgainsby hoodgains,I get the App back to work by sign in with my own Apple ID (organizer) inside my partner's iPhone iTunes $ Apps store section.
This old fashion way works better if not considering the Parent/Guardian control ability

Sep 23, 2014 4:52 AM in response to wrodenby iPapa,Same issue here. I have an iPad that was originally under my AppleID that I moved to another AppleID and added to Family Share. I now get the very same error message and cannot add the application from the App Store. (In this case it's FIND MY FRIENDS and it downloads and then instantly reverts to being available to download again). Find my iPhone is exhibiting the same behavior.

Sep 23, 2014 1:34 PM in response to wrodenby dman1458,I have this same issue with my sons iPad mini. My wife purchased Pages and I have installed it on my daughters iPad mini, my iPad and it works flawlessly. I have deleted it from his iPad several times and get the same error.

Sep 24, 2014 6:08 AM in response to dman1458by iPapa,So... I went through and started deleting and reinstalling apps under the new Apple ID (not the one that I use for Family Sharing that was previously on the iPad in question). After I deleted and reinstalled a few apps, namely Pinterest, and 500px, everything seems to be working now.
All apps seem to be working and updating as they should.

Sep 24, 2014 3:05 PM in response to iPapaby hoodgains,I thought about that, but I worried about losing the app data. did you lose any data after deleting?

Sep 25, 2014 7:04 AM in response to hoodgainsby iPapa,I did some more trials on another device. Go to your update list and try to update each app one at a time. You will quickly find the ones that are causing problems. And unfortunately you will lose the data from those apps.

Sep 26, 2014 5:03 AM in response to wrodenby Peter Kovacs,Here's how I managed to fix the issue. The issue first appeared after I moved one of my iPads over to my son's iTunes account. From that point onward, every app that was updated got the error "This app is no longer shared with you".
- I removed all the offending apps. It was pretty much every one of them that was updated post iOS 8.
- I signed out of the App Store in the Settings > iTunes & App Store settings page.
- I opened the App Store app. Went to the "Purchases" page and signed in again with my son's Apple ID.
At this point, the app store seems to have realized that I was signed in with a new account and let me "re-buy" the offending apps. I didn't actually have to buy them since they were bought by another account on Family Sharing.

Sep 27, 2014 10:58 PM in response to wrodenby cerulean~blue,Same thing happened to me. All evening I've playing with settings, turning things on and off, deleting the apps and trying to get them again and no go. I then found someone who said they had the same problem on their iPhone but not on their iPad and that restoring their iPhone solved the problem. So, I restored my daughter's iPod Touch through iTunes, and then set it up from back up (I had a back up I just did earlier this evening prior to updating her Touch to iOS 8.0.2 from 7.x) and now I can download the shared apps from the cloud without the "someone has already downloaded this click ok to download for free". And they open without the other error "this app is no longer shared with you".

Sep 28, 2014 6:32 PM in response to Peter Kovacsby Fort Fun,Following up on Peter's post I experimented and now have limited success. With thanks to Peter, here is what I did:
1) Deleted the offending apps
2) Power off the device
3) Power up the device
4) Sign out of iTunes & the App Store
5) Power off the device
6) Power on the device
7) Sign in to iTunes & the App Store
8) Install the apps via my shared purchases (not from the App store page)
In my case, all the problem apps were Apple's (hmm). Some were free, some not. When I installed the first paid app I was asked to authorize the purchase, even though I had set sharing up (with my wife) to not require that. I went a couple screens into that until it asked if I really wanted to charge my card and then said no. Low and behold, the app installed anyway.
I said I had limited success because I was able to fix the issue on my wife's iPad, but not on her iPhone. On her iPhone I couldn't get Find My iPhone or Find My Friends to not display the no longer shared message.
