Q: Can't Hear Default Sounds

How can I get my personally selected default sounds from being silenced even though 'Do Not Disturb' is properly set? (at least I think it is)

iTunes, Windows 7

Hi franklg,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

The Do Not Disturb feature allows you to silence calls, alerts, and notifications while the device is locked. Other sounds should not be affected. Please use the attached article for information on setting up and using the Do Not Disturb feature.

Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
