Aye, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on the same band, and the packets can COLLIDE, causing interference to each.  That was a good move on your part, and a good troubleshooting test for others that have the problem.  Thanks!

Make sure that under settings>Bluetooth all devices are 'forgotten.' As soon as I eliminated all of those devices (iPad, Mac, etc) my Halos stayed connected without issue.

Very interesting, I have multiple devices on my blue tooth, my surf link from the Wii adis, an LG headset, my car's sync. I am forgetting all of them and leaving nothing but the aids paired with my 5 will see if they stay connected better.

dbmtx what phone are you using??

I activated my husbands iPhone 6 tonight, paired my i110 Halos to it without issue. Installed turlink app, it froze and crashed twice immediately.  Had someone call the phone, it did stream to the aids but very weak volume terrible sound...guess I will keep waiting to activate mine. I will use his as a tester. iOS8 update 2 came out tonight, I did not install it on hubs phone before testing.

Remember, the STREAMING audio is different than the microphone audio.  The iOS controls (Triple-Click) and the Starkey controls are for the MICS.  Use the volume BUTTONS on the phone to change the audio of PHONE CALLS and individual applications.

Now, if you have different MEMORIES set up BY YOUR AUDIOLOGIST, change from one to another to see how that affects the sound of streaming phone calls or other apps.  I had my audiologist make me a "Music" memory that is really cranked up LOUD and has more bass and mid-range.  Thats what I use for phone calls and my TabloTV app or music.  YOU can't set one of those up, but your audi can.  It makes a LOT of difference!

IIt seems that there may be some false positives being reported as cures when it may be just random results. I tried turning off Wi-Fi days ago with no improvement and I forgot other Bluethooth devices as soon as I set up the 6.  I will wait for Apple and I will wait for someone else to test the latest iOS update as always. Sold my old iPhon.

Well, I came here to ask questions about hearing aid connectivity with Iphone 6/iOS 8 and looks like I'm not alone.  This quite frankly *****.  I've been waiting for an iPhone with a bigger screen and ran to get one.  Now I can't use my hearing aids to their fullest and of course the clock is ticking on my return window.  I have no desire to move back down to a 5S at this time.  With that said, does anyone know if these hearing aids (i110) will work with any of the higher end Android phones?  I hate to go that route but have a feeling we're such a small % of the whole that by the time Apple gets around to responding it will be time for the iPhone 6s or 7.

I have been told that as of yet there are not any aids that connect directly to android platform phones. Apparently each manufacturer has various different types of hardware that require the HA manufacturer to develop equipment for each type of hardware. Apple uses the same technology in all of their products making it possible to pair the aids with phones pads and pods.

I am in the same boat, new 6 not yet activated, waiting for the updates to make it compatible with my Halos i110, before I lose my credit on the 5.

The iPhone 6 works with Halo i110. In fact, as I type this, I am streaming from iHeart radio and the connection is solid. Does the connection have issue? Yes. But for the most part, I am able to do everything I could do on my iPhone 5s. Right now my issue with this is the constant hand holding I have to do to keep things working. The issue is revolving around Bluetooth, WiFi and some of the features that Apple has announced.

I too am able to get it to work some of the time.  But where I really want it, for making phone calls, it really doesn't work reliably.  It takes too long for the bluetooth connection to actually take hold and by then people have typically hung up or I'm listening to a voice mail prompt.  This assumes it even connects at all.  Earlier I received 2 calls in a row from the same person and could not hear anything.  Finally switched over to the phone mode and she said she could hear my talking but I know I couldn't hear anything.

So basically if it doesn't work 100% of the time it's not reliable so might as well be 0%.  It's good for walking around at lunch and listening to a podcast but that's about the only use I have for it now unfortunately.

Hopefully it gets back up to the reliable state it was on the iPhone 5S soon.

I am is the same boat--The Halo's are only working part of the time.  My primary motive for these integrated HA's was for the phone functionality.  Will continue to wait patiently.

NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME TEST THIS.

After reinstalling iOS8 many times, I think that I have found an incompatibility, and want to see if any of you can duplicate what I'm finding.

Apple replaced my iPhone 5 today because I couldn't record VIDEOS.  While trying to record, I can see the seconds counter changing, but the video doesn't get saved.

I'VE NARROWED IT DOWN TO HAVING MY STARKEYS PAIRED.  When the Starkeys are paired to the phone, video won't record.  If I choose "Forget this device" video will work again.  This has happened on TWO iPhone 5's.

Will someone see if you can do this on YOUR iPhone?  See if you can record video with your Starkeys paired.  If not, choose "Forget This Device" and see if video recording works again.

    Thanks!

Recorded a video of my Irish Terrier this a.m. with the Halos paired. No issue. This was on the 6. I still think the randomness of the problem causes false positives.
