Mar 7, 2014 10:18 AM in response to PW6by King_Penguin,These are user-to-user forums.
What have you been able to do e.g. have you been able to successfully reset your password ? And if so you've then logged out and back into your iTunes account on the computer/device that you are using ? If that doesn't work then what did iTunes Support say when you contacted them ?

Mar 18, 2014 1:58 AM in response to Fireman701by mhyyonting,I encountered same problem today "Apple ID account disabled" and I fixed it in a few minutes.
If signing in and out of your account, turning on and off your iphone, resetting password, connecting it to itunes and etc. doesn't work
Here's the step how to fix, check your apple customer service number http://support.apple.com/kb/he57 here you can find your country's Apple Customer Service and talk to Account Service Team and say how to enable the Apple ID Account.
Apple Account Service Team will assist you quickly and they will able to "enable your account" in a minute even if you had some problem in your bank credit account or etc. just make sure you're the owner and can answer all their question to verify your account. Do it now!

Apr 4, 2014 11:09 AM in response to Fireman701by BellyLaugher,My wife disputed a charge for iTunes Match. Apple disabled the Apple ID and it required both my wife and I to call and ask politely to reinstate. This required the Apple employee to reinstate and iTunes ( apparently a different department ) to reinstate before resolution reached. Don't let your wife be in charge of Apple ID!!!

Aug 1, 2014 1:28 PM in response to Fireman701by tompine99,i had $450 saved up in my apple account from different special occasions. I love listening to music so i was on my phone about to buy some new songs when i get the message "your apple id has been disabled" for no apparent reason. at first i was very angry but now i just want to know if i will have lost this huge sum of money forever, or if apple have the decency to at least refund me this money

Aug 1, 2014 1:59 PM in response to tompine99by King_Penguin,Apple are not here, these are user-to-user forums. Have you tried getting your account re-enabed e.g. via http://iforgot.apple.com ? If you can't get it re-enabled via that, then you might be able to get re-enabled by contacting Support in the country where you are (and which is on your iTunes account) : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

Aug 1, 2014 5:07 PM in response to Fireman701by haggislovingal,Well the thing is with me (because I switched to android for everything) I never use my apple id, however I recieved an 'apple' email today stating I have changed my bank account details and now my Id has been disabled, it then asks to click a link and enter my id and password - i was wondering if anyone else has recieved this before, it's just because I know I never changed my details and logging in via the sign in though the uk apple website seems to suggest to me that my id is working correctly - just checking incase it's some sort of scam.

Aug 2, 2014 12:10 AM in response to haggislovingalby King_Penguin,It's likely to be a phishing email to try and get your account and payment details - is the email not personalised (real emails from Apple tend to be personalised, not just 'dear customer' or similar), and what site does the email take you to ?
If it is a phishing email then you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com

Sep 26, 2014 10:17 PM in response to Fireman701by timothydes1,Contact the account security team.
Go here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
And search for the number appropriate to your country. When you call press "0" Then "5" and when you speak to a live advisor, ask them to transfer you to the iTunes Account Security team as your account is disabled. They will need to verify your identity which can only be done over the phone. Once this is done, you should be able to get back into your account.
The iTunes chat team and email team will NOT be able to help with this due to the security involved.
Hope this helps.
