Q: I have one voicemail that I cannot delete. What is that issue?

I Just purchased iphone 6+ and already have an issue with my voicemail. I have one message that I cannot delete. I have tried repeatedly but have been unsuccesful. Any resolution?

If you notice one of the issues above, try these steps:
Restart your iPhone.
