Q: I cannot connect to links from emails on my iPad. I previously could. Recently updated to OS 7.1. Could that have done it?

I Cannot connect to links from emails on my iPad. I previously could. I recently updated to OS 7.1.2; could that be the problem?

It may help to force close all open apps, then reset your iPad.

Should the behavior continue, the next step forward would be restoring the device.
