Q: I am downloading content in iTunes and receive a "err = 154" message and the items get skipped. How can I rectify this?

I am downloading a bunch of movies I purchased from iTunes and two of them stop downloading before the download is complete with an "err = 154" message. I can watch them but I want them off the cloud.

Hi ross_virock,

This article may help with troubleshooting your issue with downloading content from the iTunes store -

iTunes Store: "Error (-50)" when downloading purchased content
