Q: Leave Conversation not working

Hello,

I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 8.0 and when in a group message, I tap "Leave Conversation". Yet, I still get messages from that same exact group message. So, I tried the "Do Not Disturb" option, same results, I still get the notifications of the messages. What is the problem?

    Thanks for the question. After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are having trouble with a group message. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you resolve or isolate the issue.

     

    Send a group message with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

    Mute notifications

    If you don't want to get notifications for a group message, tap Details. Then turn on Do Not Disturb. You'll still receive the messages in the Messages app, and you'll still receive notifications on the lock screen.
