Sep 28, 2014 6:52 PM in response to TGoldby randers4,★HelpfulWhen you go to Settings>iCloud, does it show the old ID ("email address") at the top?

Sep 28, 2014 8:25 PM in response to TGoldby randers4,Try the troubleshooting steps in this article: If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud. If you're saying your new ID is completely new, and not an updated version of the old ID, it may not work.

Sep 28, 2014 8:37 PM in response to randers4by TGold,★HelpfulNot working. Nothing works. I can't get rid of it. I can't sign into it.
BTW I have it right on my iPhone and on my laptop. It's just the iPad that is not cooperating.

Sep 28, 2014 8:55 PM in response to TGoldby randers4,If Find My iPad is turned on, you won't be able to sign out of the old ID without providing the password. If you don't have the password, you can change it as explained here: iCloud: Change your iCloud password. If you are unable to, contact the Apple account security team for your country for help changing it: Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security. If your country isn't listed, you can ask iTunes store support for help by filling out this form: https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.
