    Hi ..

Restart the router then try connecting the iPhone and iPad to your Wi-Fi network.

If that doesn't help, try this one one device to test.

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

You may have to re enter your Wi-Fi password.

This happened to me as well. What I hate about this (resetting network settings) though is it removes all your saved 'passwords'.

I'm having the exact same issues and have tried all of these steps. I've been on the phone 2 days in a row and also spoke to a senior adviser with no luck.  I tried restoring as new and also from backup with no luck either.  All of my other devices will work with the password but not my iPhone 6.   I'm sick of having trouble with new iPhones. You spend $800 on a new phone and shouldn't have these issues. Please help ad I have an active case number.

Ok, 4 days later after purchase and I still have no resolve to my iphone 6 showing incorrect password when trying to connect to my wifi.  Again, I have 10-11 other devices that will connect with no issues (Apple, Android, Roku and others).  I can't get any help from Apple other than the generic ineffective help as listed above and I'm about to take this piece back to At&t and get something else that will work correctly.  This is ridiculous Apple!  Why can't you make quality products anymore?  I was one of Apple's biggest fans, but now this?  I can't continue waiting for a resolve when the 8.0.1 update today, wrecked everyone's phones all over again.  This is eating up my data plan without being able to use wifi.  APPLE PLEASE HELP ME!  And please don't link me to another Senior Advisor that will rudely hang up on me as on Sunday, 9-21-2014.

Resetting the router doesn't fix my issue either.  I've tried that among every other known or suggested solution with no resolve.  Apple is still a failure at this point with me.

Try updating now to iOS 8.0.2. If that won't still work go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If that won't fix it again, try going to an Apple Store and as that might be already a hardware issue.

I tried the new 8.0.2 update and it still didn't work.  There isn't an apple store anywhere around here and I'm sick of calling them and they just keep saying the same things over and over again.  All of my devices work on my router except the iphone 6.  I can even delete their existence through my router and then resign in again with all of them except the iphone 6.  The router is functioning fine.

I Have the same issue with the iPhone 6. I have tried all of the steps and it keeps saying password incorrect even though the password correct, all of my other Apple devices connect fine. Has anyone found a resolution to this?

I am having same issue and have had some luck resetting my router password back to the default password.  I am still unable to or inconsistently connect when I set a custom password on my router.

I just hit this same issue on my iPhone 5s.   Nothing is resolving it.    It appears to be something around WIFI Security

I'm having this problem as well.  I just received the iPhone 6 and downloaded iOS 8.0.2.  My phone can rarely find my home wifi and when it does, it says the password I am entering is wrong (which it isn't).  Basically, I can't use wifi at home, which is where I need it the most.

I have reset the network settings.  I have turned location services off and on.  I have re-booted my router.  I have cycled down my iPhone.  Nothing works.
