Q: blueprint banners not supported? What gives? HELP!

Looking to the community for a little help. I have worked over the past two weeks to create a few different ads. I first started off with the blank documents and built my own custom iAds that suited my needs. However, these all were rejected when I uploaded them. I tested everything out on my phone and on an ipad. Worked flawlessly in the tester, but got rejected. I then figured maybe it was a setting that i wasn't aware of, so I decided to use the blueprints to create an ad. Finish the project, no errors, works flawlessly, When I upload I get a response that states iAd Workbench only supports standard banners, to delete other banners and upload again. First, I can not change anything in the blueprint files, they don't allow any customization. Second, why would you put out blueprints that did't work with what iAds will approve? I am a novice at this but I am extremely frustrated. I have never run into any software issue like this before. Can anyone give me some insight into what i am doing wrong? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
