But if it is a still image, you may be able to achieve a decent result by making a compound clip with the title over the image and Ken Burns that.

Oct 6, 2014 4:52 PM in response to cpriebe3by Tom Wolsky,IIf its a still take it into a photo editing application like Photoshop or Pixelmator. Attach the image as a separade layer. Use a distort function to adjust the perspective.
