Q: how do I download iPhoto favorites to iphone 6

During setup, my new iPhone 6+ did not transfer my iPhoto Favorites that were on my earlier iPhone (and on my desktop). How do I download/upload the iPhoto Favorites on my desktop Mac to my iPhone 6+? Thanks
