Tengo un iphone 5c y el día de ayer Lunes 06 de octubre lo actualice con la última versión 8.0 y tuve la necesidad de retirar la sim del iphone y cuando lo volví a colocar ya no lo detecta.
Probé sacando y volviendo a meter el chip y nada, trate colocarlo en modo avión y activarlo nuevamente y nada, trate recetearlo y nada, mas bien me salió peor, ya que cuando intento configurar de cero el iphone no me deja activarlo ya que no detecta la sim y es necesario tener una sim, lo conecte a itunes y me sale un mensaje diciendo que debo introducir la sim y luego volverlo a conectar, pero igual sigue sin servir, necesito que me ayuden.
Se que cuando sale este error ustedes tienen la obligación de reponer el iphone, por favor ayúdenme, no tengo plata para comprar uno nuevo, y mucho menos para repararlo.
Me urge su pronta respuesta.
