Q: My appleid has been disabled. I have reset the password successfully but the id is still disabled. how do I fix this?

My apple id was disabled. I was instructed to reset my password which was supposed to enable my id. I successfully reset the password but the account on itunes is still disabled. How do I fix this?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.1
