May 14, 2012 9:25 PM in response to letricedavisby howardfrom,You must restore your iPad. But, before you do that, make sure you have a backup of all your iPad's data.
This is the only way that I know.

Oct 13, 2014 12:22 PM in response to letricedavisby twhite99,You have to reset the iPad to be able to get back into it.
Step 1:
Create a backup of everything thats on your iPad using your computer.
Step 2:
Hold the top button and home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears. When the Apple logo appears release the top button and keep holding the home button. It will then say connect your iPad to iTunes with a USB cable.
Step 3:
Find the backup on your computer and backup your iPad!
