Oct 15, 2014 6:38 AM in response to nona0092by Star Traveler,I've done the chat before, but it must be "by context" that determines whether you chat or not, because I stepped down through the Apple Support steps on the iTunes category, and I arrived at a spot where they said that I could put down my problem and they would e-mail me back. Now, I am in the USA, and this particular choice may be related to a country-by-country choice, too.
When I did the chat option with Apple, I had a hardware issue, so maybe it was related to that issue. I went in through a different problem and it presented me with a different outcome. Just step through the options at Apple Support and I did see that they will respond by e-mail in the iTunes category.
