Oct 15, 2014 1:08 PM in response to adamosfromlimassolby Old Toad,You've had it too long to ask for a refund. Often Apple will offer refunds if a product was purchased within 14 days or the next release and for iOS 8 it was released on 9/17/2014.

Oct 15, 2014 1:13 PM in response to Old Toadby adamosfromlimassol, yes i understand but the App was working just fine. after iOS8 it stopped. Apple decided to discontinued the App but that is not my fault.. they have to do something about their customers who bought the App.. A refund or to replace iPhoto with iMovie, at least!

Oct 15, 2014 1:18 PM in response to adamosfromlimassolby Old Toad,Apple is upgrading the Photos app on mobile devices to replace iPhoto. If you want to request any specific iPhoto feature to be included in the new Photos do so via Apple via http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphoto_ios.html, http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html and http://www.apple.com/feedback/icloud.html

Oct 15, 2014 7:02 PM in response to adamosfromlimassolby Tfw64,I am pretty irritated by this issue myself. I have been a Mac user since the early 80's. I am getting tired of Apple just arbitrarily deciding to discontinue support for software that they push not long before discontinuing.
If they are going to make Photos replace iPhoto then they should make it comparable first. This *****
It is becoming more difficult to defend Apple's honor with my PC friends.
