Oct 17, 2014 6:08 AM in response to asmalmullaby King_Penguin,If you aren't receiving the reset email to your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on it) then you will have to contact Support to get the questions reset.
If the country where you, and which you have on your iTunes account, isn't on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
then try this form and explain and see what they reply with : https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
When they've been reset you could change your rescue email address to an account that you know works for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5620
