Q: No widgets in Yosemite notification center

I can only view the weather in the notification center.  The only other widget that can be enabled is Social.  I had stocks, calendar, and the calculator all working with Public Beta 6.  Does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

In Notification Centre window, Select Edit at the bottom.

Once the window expands, can you add the widgets you want?

Otherwise, in System Preferences > Extensions - Today

Can you check the widgets that you want?

The two areas 'should' essentially work the same.

No. The only thing that is there is the Social widget. Everything worked until I moved to the stable release from public beta 6.

I also have this issue but I only get the Today and Tomorrow widgets, no weather, calculator, stocks, or anything else. When I select Edit at the bottom or go through system preferences I get nothing in either location. I have tried deleting plists, reinstalling, safe mode boot, repairing permissions and repairing disk to no avail.

This is exactly what my problem is but you said it better. I have also tried repairing permissions and of course tried to restart. My work laptop is fine and it was upgraded from 10.9.5.

Same thing here. When I log in as a guest user the extensions are back, so I thought it could be a problem with my user. I created a new user to check, and the extensions don’t show at the new account either.

Same thing here. None of the standard widgets show up! Neither in Extensions nor in the edit menu!

I have the same issue also on my mid 2011 Mac Mini. Everything else works fine on it and also it works fine on my other macs. Tried killing the process in activity monitor and of course the good ole restart. None have resolved this issue. Did have to repair some permissions but they did not resolve this issue. I never experienced this problem with the Betas

Having same exact problem and the Social widget doesn't even work. In Public Beta 6 everything worked and now in Final Version, everything is missing. I tried creating a new account and surprisingly all the widgets were there, same with Guest user, just main account, everything is missing.

I too am having the same issue with widgets.  It worked for me to log into Guest user and under that account was able to see and use the stock, weather, etc widgets.  When I log back into the main admin account, it goes back to nothing.  I've tried searching the web intensively, but have had little luck.

All, looks like the problems a bug, let Apple know here

    https://www.apple.com/feedback/macosx.html

I don't think you'll have much luck finding a solution on the web yet, seeing the OS hasn't even been out a day.

I'm glad I'm not just the only one with the issue.  I tried creating a new user like some of you mentioned, and they do work for the new user.  Once I go back to my account, they're gone.  The Social widget is still there, but doesn't actually do anything once it is enabled.

Same issue here. All widgets were there in all betas. But then I installed the Mac App Store version and all widgets disappeared except for Social.

I should add that when I create a new user or use Guest login, the widgets are all there. So it seems unique to my profile. I have submitted a bug report through the Dev Portal and will report back with anything I find.
