Oct 17, 2014 9:38 AM in response to Berat1970by razmee209,Ok. You have an iphone and your son has an ipad.
I'm going to assume you guys are using the same apple id - this will cause a problem. Set up your Apple ID for iCloud and iTunes
you can use the same apple id - for music and apps. Frequently asked questions about Apple ID
however you want different apple id's for imessage/facetime and icloud.
IF you share the same apple id for message you will see each others message.
settings - message - send&receive - remove or uncheck the apple id. Send messages with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Oct 17, 2014 9:49 AM in response to razmee209by Berat1970,Yes you are right.we have the same Apple ID,we used to have a problem with our messages but I already fix that the Way you said.
I thought it was a way around it without changing the Apple ID.

Oct 17, 2014 9:52 AM in response to Berat1970by razmee209,I don't know if this will work or not.
On your phone - settings -message - send&receive and start a new convo - uncheck your apple id and just use your phone number.
then on your son's ipad - enable the apple id.
Of course you will need to do a imessage test to see if it shows up on both device. Again I'm not sure if this will work or not.

What do you mean not enough storage.
What are you trying to do?

Oct 22, 2014 3:18 PM in response to razmee209by Berat1970,I mean not enough iCloud storage.I have been receiving messages to three times a week that my iPhone cannot be backed up because I don't have enough storage iCloud storage what would happen if I leave it like that if I don't buy more storage?

Then that means your phone won't back up to icloud.you can go to settings - icloud - storage - manage storage - select what you want to back up. you get 5GB free,
also you can purchase more icloud storage - icloud - storage - buy more storage.
Or you can just simply backup your phone to iTunes Back up and restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iCloud or iTunes
note icloud keeps the last 3 backups, iTunes only keeps one.
