Oct 18, 2014 12:55 AM in response to ishahad.aby King_Penguin,The reset email will be sent to the rescue email address that you put on the account - you cannot view and/or change your rescue address without answering two of your security question.
If you aren't receiving the email to that email account (and you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on the account) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.
