You seem to be in the same boat as some of the others

Bootcamp and Yosemite upgrade - potential data loss warning

    You have lost roughly 125GB (500GB - (275GB OS X + 100GB Windows ) ).

Did you ever have an "extra" partition before the Yosemite upgrade, other than OS X and Windows? It will make your case different from the other two.

Do you have pre-Yosemite Time Machine Backup? If yes,

    1. Hang on to it. It may prove critical for the OS X side.

    2. Do you have a Windows backup? This will give you the size of Windows volume prior to upgrade.

    3. If you have TM on an external drive, you can see the size of the original OS X  volume prior to upgrade and verify their respective current sizes vs the size in backups to see what the discrepancy is.

Your Windows backup is compressed, as is your TM backup. The sizes seem reasonable.

Can you look for missing partitions using Testdisk and the steps in this thread - "Missing Operating system_ " After installing Yosemite?

    The harddisk (500 GB / 465 GiB) seems too small! (< 724 GB / 674 GiB)

Check the harddisk size: HD jumpers settings, BIOS detection...

In the linked thread, there is a "Deeper Search" which is where you need to look for familiar files. You can see it Test Disk step-by-step Wiki.

There is a sector-by-sector scan to look for partition information. If a deleted partition header is found that may contain your files, the GPT can be manipulated to correct the start/end/size using what Testdisk shows. Here is an example of what the next steps are Bootcamp missing after expanding partition.
