Everything is working OK as i set up new user account on my MB. So problem with logging to iCloud is on updated account (from Mavericks).

Your magic fix by trashing systemconfiguration folder - if issue is only specific to one user account - will not fix the problem and with a bit of luck can lead to additional problems i.e. with Time Machine Backups or Network printing.
Beside, if issue is only related to one user account on the mac, removing this folder - again - will not resolve the issue as problem is with some user settings, not system settings.
So, before any drastic steps will be done it would suggest to troubleshoot a bit with few basic steps:
