Oct 20, 2014 1:02 PM in response to ChrisJ4203by sinny89,Thanks for the quick reply. Do not disturb is not activated. It will receive call if I ring that person and they ring me back but soon after they can't get through again. I have now turned off voicemail completely and it seems to have fixed it for now. Hope this helps anyone with the same problem.

Oct 20, 2014 1:05 PM in response to sinny89by ChrisJ4203,If there is a problem with receiving a call then I would contact the carrier. Where did you turn off voicemail? That is a carrier setting as well. You have an issue with your carrier, unless you have done something to the phone, since there is no setting on the iPhone to turn voicemail off.

Oct 20, 2014 1:12 PM in response to ChrisJ4203by sinny89,I rang1210 so yes it is a carrier setting, the problem is still persisting. I don't think it is the carrier as it only started happening after I updated

Nov 18, 2014 12:23 AM in response to sinny89by karipari,I had a similar problem. My problem was related to interface between my iphone and Lync. If your phone number is linked with other programs, I would check those. Good luck!
